Age Requirements

The minimum age to rent is 21 for categories MINI and ECONOMY. For all other categories minimum age to rent is 23 yrs. Underage 23 yrs old drivers may rent vehicles – CARGO VAN excluded, at a daily surcharge of 12.40 EUR excluding airport fee. There are no restrictions or surcharges for drivers aged 23 and older.

Cross-Border and Boundary rules

Please note that cross-border travel is not allowed with this car hire company.

Refueling Service

Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pick up. If the vehicle is not returned with the same level of fuel the renter will be charged a refuelling service charge based upon the fuel used. Please contact the local branch for details.

Forms of Payment

The deposit amount must be taken on a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details. All cards presented must be in the renters name. A security deposit will be blocked to the credit card plus the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit that will be blocked on the credit card will be released by the cardholders bank, upon its notification after vehicle return. The car categories Mini, Economy, Compact and Intermediate require a deposit of 290 EUR, Standard, Full-size vehicles and Cargo Vans require a deposit of 390 EUR and Premium and Luxury vehicles require a 1000 EUR deposit.
